Quatronic supported CC Retail (now HB RTS) with the implementation of their new IT landscape, including the customer portal, Order and Warehouse Management systems.
CC Retail is a leading supplier of sustainable load carriers for the retail sector. After the split from its parent company, the organization had the opportunity to develop its own identity and establish fully independent processes and systems.
Previously, we helped CC Retail formulate their digital strategy, including a short-term and long-term roadmap (read more here: ). Based on this roadmap, we then proceeded with the actual implementation of the IT landscape.

Building a proprietary IT environment
After the split from its parent company, CC Retail did not yet have an independent logistics IT solution. Within one year, a proprietary system needed to be operational that fully aligned with their business processes.
Effectively digitizing complex processes
The goal was a digital solution that supports all logistics processes, from orders to warehouse management, and is efficient, user-friendly, and scalable.
Practically applicable systems
The challenge was to build systems that are not only strategically sound but also immediately usable for employees and customers, without extensive training periods.
We have delivered a complete IT landscape for CC Retail:
- Customer Portal: customers can place orders, sign contracts, and track shipments
- Order Management System (OMS): automated order processing and workflow management
- Warehouse Management System (WMS): efficient warehouse management and inventory tracking
- Platform: fully developed in OutSystems, integrated with existing financial and CRM packages
