For Wunderbricks, we have connected and automated the workflows within their existing software using n8n. This allows the various complex processes that real-estate-market players face to be handled more shrewdly and efficiently. Furthermore, we have created a unique infrastructure that provides each of Wunderbricks’ clients with his own custom-designed n8n environment.
Wunderbricks is a software provider that offers a SaaS application of the same name for real-estate companies. Within the application, these companies can manage their projects and associated workflows; for example, large housing associations that deal daily with customer contracts, invoicing, accounting, and support services such as repairs and maintenance.

We had previously helped Wunderbricks with a low-code programme in which multiple external services and platforms are integrated. These are used for various functionalities, but clients previously had to navigate most of those workflows manually. Entering a window cleaner's invoice or registering a tenant's report was therefore not only time-consuming but also error-prone.
Wunderbricks wanted to automate these processes: after all, what is the point of a customer portal if the customers aren't satisfied with it? There was also a lack of flexibility for clients to customise their processes as they saw fit. Exactly the kind of job at which Quatronic excels.
To connect all external systems more efficiently, we chose the service n8n. This is low-code software for automating processes that also utilises artificial intelligence (AI) in the form of AI agents. These specialise to managing a specific sub-task within such a process. The first application of n8n for Wunderbricks was to look up and save the WOZ (property valuation) value of a newly added home. This worked excellently, so we moved on to a more complex process: reading invoices, separating their various cost items, and saving them in the right place.
The implementation of the n8n setup for Wunderbricks has become a tour de force of digital infrastructure. It quickly became clear that customisation was needed on top of the standard n8n package. Hence, we made the workflows adaptable so that Wunderbricks’ clients could use a personalised n8n environment based on pre-prepared templates. Moreover, Wunderbricks can easily switch between these environments. This is a unique setup in this context and required a clever configuration of servers and GIT integration.
Taking control
The project has been a success: following our work, Wunderbricks has established a new AI and integration department. This team are working on the further development of the programme with the goal of allowing clients, ultimately, to customise their own n8n environments. This demonstrates the power of low code, for clients do not require any programming experience. They set up their workflows intuitively and visually; AI does the rest.
This is how we have prepared Wunderbricks for their future endeavours. The foundation of automated processes being in place, the way has been paved toward the flexibility needed to meet specific customer requirements. This continuously improving customer experience gives Wunderbricks a unique strategic advantage in the competitive real-estate market.
