What are you going to do?
As a Medior Data & AI Consultant at Quatronic, you will use organisations’ data and AI in order to analyse their business processes and information needs. Thence, you advise clients on the best approach to their business and actively contribute to the implementation of solutions. Your responsibilities include:
• Collecting, integrating, and making data available from various systems, ensuring organisations have a reliable data foundation. You will work with modern data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric and Azure Synapse.
• Developing clear dashboards and reports in Power BI, enabling clients to gain insights into their performance and make better-informed decisions.
• Performing complex analyses and developing predictive models for areas such as revenue forecasting, inventory management, maintenance planning, and customer behaviour.
• Building AI solutions that can interpret documents and emails, gather information, generate recommendations, or execute tasks within business processes.
• Developing knowledge agents that provide reliable answers based on internal documents, data, and business knowledge.
• Integrating AI models and agents with applications, data sources, and existing business systems.
• Ensuring that data and AI solutions are reliable, secure, and manageable in production environments, including testing, monitoring, access management, and evaluating the quality of results.
• Leveraging AI throughout the development process, for example for analysis, coding, testing, documentation, and rapid prototype creation.
We expect you to have experience in at least one of these areas and an affinity with all of the topics mentioned above. You need not be a specialist in every discipline.
In most cases, you work with a team of Quatronic colleagues on one or two projects at a time, where you may take on a leading role. You will discuss objectives, requirements, progress, and planning with clients. In addition, you will oversee the quality of the solution and support less experienced colleagues throughout the project.
This role is about more than technology alone: you understand how organisations and processes operate, ask critical questions, and help clients make the right decisions. In doing so, you connect business, data, and AI.
From Monday through Thursday, you will work at or for our clients. Fridays are dedicated to Quatronic and your personal development. This may include training, knowledge sharing, developing new propositions, experimenting with new technologies, supporting recruitment activities, or assisting in discussions with prospective clients.
As a Medior Data & AI Consultant, you will be part of our Data & AI team, working closely with consultants, developers, data engineers, AI engineers, and one of Quatronic’s partners.
What is required?
- A completed master’s degree in business, technology, or a related field
- At least two years’ experience in data, analytics, software development, or AI; experience in business consulting and/or data consulting is a plus
- Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills
- An entrepreneurial, driven, and results-oriented mindset
- Curiosity about how organisations and processes operate
- The ability to translate client challenges into practical and achievable solutions
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to guide clients and colleagues through your recommendations
- Excellent command of English; Dutch language skills are considered a plus
An affinity for data, software development, and AI is essential. Experience with SQL, Python, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, machine learning, large language models, or AI agents is an advantage. We do not expect you to have mastered all of these technologies.
