What are you going to do?
As a Data & AI Consultant at Quatronic, you will work on solutions that help organisations make smarter decisions, accelerate processes, and apply AI responsibly. Your responsibilities include:
- Collecting, integrating, and making data available from various systems. You will learn to work with modern data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric and Azure Synapse.
- Developing clear dashboards and reports in Power BI, enabling clients to gain valuable insights and make informed decisions. The technical expertise required for this will be built step by step through our training and coaching.
- Performing analyses and developing predictive models for areas such as revenue forecasting, inventory management, maintenance planning, and customer behaviour.
- Building AI solutions that can interpret documents and emails, retrieve information, generate recommendations, or execute tasks within business processes.
- Developing knowledge agents that provide reliable answers based on internal documents, data and business knowledge.
- Integrating AI models and agents with applications, data sources, and existing business systems.
- Testing and monitoring AI solutions to ensure they are reliable, secure, and ready for production usage.
We do not expect you to have in-depth knowledge of all these areas from day one. What we do expect is a strong interest in data, software development and AI, combined with the motivation to learn and grow quickly.
Most of the time, you will work with a team of Quatronic colleagues on one or two projects simultaneously. You will have frequent contact with clients, discussing their requirements, presenting results, and advising them on the best solutions. This means you will not only work on technology but also learn how to bridge the gap between business and technology.
From Monday through Thursday, you will work at or for our clients. Fridays are dedicated to both Quatronic and your personal development. This includes training, knowledge sharing, developing new propositions, experimenting with emerging technologies and preparing for discussions with prospective clients.
The position includes an extensive two-year training programme focused on both technical and professional skills.
What is required?
- A completed master's degree in business, technology or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent command of English; Dutch language skills are considered a plus
- A driven, results-oriented mindset
- Curiosity about how organisations and processes operate
An affinity for data, software development and AI is essential. Experience with SQL, Python, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, machine learning, large language models, or AI agents is an advantage, but not a requirement.
