What are you going to do?
As a Senior Data & Analytics Consultant at Quatronic, you are responsible for gaining insight into data from customer applications and creating impactful data solutions. This includes:
- Building and maintaining ETL pipelines in Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, or similar technologies. Knowledge of Python, Spark (PySpark), as well as the medallion structure, dimensional modeling and data warehousing is an advantage.
- Building and maintaining PowerBI dashboards Knowledge of DAX is an advantage.
- Building and implementing predictive models that are used in reports or custom applications. Knowledge of different types of neural networks or other predictive techniques is an advantage.
You are expected to have experience with several of these topics and have an affinity for all of the areas mentioned.
You usually work with a team of internal colleagues on multiple projects at the same time. You are involved from start to finish and take on a coordinating and directing role. In terms of content, you mainly focus on designing, supporting and overseeing the work carried out by the team or teams you work with.
In addition, you are involved in internal issues, such as (further) developing Quatronic's proposition and strategy. One of your most important internal responsibilities is to facilitate knowledge sharing in the field of Data & Analytics, and to shape the team's future development.
From Monday to Thursday, you work for or for customers; on Friday, there is time to work on Quatronic or on your own development. For example, you will be involved in personal development, knowledge sharing, developing new customer propositions, organizing events or preparing a sales meeting. In this role, you will work an average of two days for Quatronic and three days for the customer.
In this position, you are part of the Data & Analytics team. This team consists of a number of employees who work part-time or full-time as Data & Analytics Consultants, as well as one of Quatronic's partners.
What is required
- Completed master's degree in business and/or technology
- At least 4 years of experience in at least one (ideally all) of the named parts of the job. Experience with business/data consultancy is a bonus.
